About Nextera
We’re a software company in Jakarta, founded in 2022 and now part of Intikom. We build systems for insurance operations, financial control, internal audit and carbon reporting.
What we do
Nextera was founded in Jakarta in 2022 by people who had run IT at insurers.
We build software for the work that regulators and auditors check: reinsurance accounts, bancassurance commission, lease schedules, control tests, audit findings and emissions reports. Each product covers one area of work, so a team can start with the problem in front of it.
Nextera is the short name of PT Inti Nextera Asia.
Part of Intikom
Nextera is part of Intikom (PT Intikom Berlian Mustika). Established in 1990, Intikom is an Indonesian IT company headquartered at Graha Intikom in Jakarta. It works in transaction infrastructure, networks, digital transformation and cybersecurity.
Intikom has worked with Indonesian businesses since 1990. It has 700+ active customers, 170+ service points across the country and 700+ employees.

Herry Priatna
Chief Executive Officer
Herry has worked in insurance technology for more than 15 years. Before Nextera he held Head of IT and VP roles at Avrist Assurance, Great Eastern Life, Sun Life Indonesia and Manulife Indonesia, working on core insurance systems and software architecture.
Wiriadi Saputra
Commissioner
Wiriadi has more than 20 years of leadership experience in insurance and financial services, at Avrist Assurance, BNI Life, Sun Life Financial, Cigna, AIG and MetLife. As commissioner he oversees Nextera’s direction and governance.
